Hi, writers! I'm Claire Bradshaw, a freelance editor and proofreader based in Newcastle, Australia.

My world revolves around words. I'm passionate about the process of editing and proofreading, and I believe even the best writer needs a great editor! Few things make me happier than polishing publications and helping writers bring their best work to readers.

I particularly enjoy editing books in my favourite genre, fantasy, and working with independent authors to prepare their manuscripts for publication. I’ve worked with a wide range of writers to shape everything from Amazon bestsellers to Aurealis Award–nominated novels.

I’m always keen to establish long-term relationships with indie authors – partnerships that continue through multi-book series, and multi-series careers.
